By using OK Tools (tools.okayok.ai), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. This document is a draft.

Description of Service

OK Tools provides browser-based tools. Many tools process data in your browser. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. The service is part of the Okay OK product family.

User Accounts

You are responsible for credentials and account activity. Report unauthorized use to support@okayok.ai.

Acceptable Use

Do not violate laws; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with security; upload malware; abuse the service; or use AI features (if any) for unlawful content.

Tool inputs and AI

You must have rights to files you process. Local browser processing keeps inputs on your device when tools are client-side. AI features may send prompts to third-party providers.

Payment and Billing

Paid features, if offered, are billed via third-party processors. See our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

OK Tools site, branding, and original software are owned by us or licensors. See License.

Third-party infrastructure

May use Vercel, Cloudflare, and S3-compatible / R2 storage when configured.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

PROVIDED “AS IS”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or data loss from local browser processing failures.

Governing law

[Jurisdiction to be confirmed by counsel] (operator based in the People’s Republic of China), except where mandatory local law applies.
